These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete legal agreement between you and nbbjee governing your use of our platform, games, payment services, and promotional offers. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause in this document.

General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nbbjee ("nbbjee", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://nbbjee.net (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and promotional offers — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of their location, device, or method of access. They are supplemented by additional policies published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules that may be issued from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotional rule, the specific promotional rule will prevail only in respect of that promotion.
nbbjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must close your account and cease using the Platform before the amendment takes effect.
These Terms are written in English. In the event that a translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute. The Platform is operated for entertainment purposes only and targets adult players in Bangladesh who choose to engage with online gaming services.
Account Registration
To access the full features of the nbbjee Platform — including real-money gaming, deposits, withdrawals, and participation in promotions — you must create a registered account. Registration is free and available to eligible individuals who meet all requirements set out in these Terms.
One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the nbbjee Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds or bonus balances held within them.
Accurate information required: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Any misrepresentation of personal details — particularly age, identity, or payment information — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Identity verification (KYC): nbbjee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit supporting documentation — including a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address — before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your account lifecycle at our reasonable discretion. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals suspended pending completion of KYC.
Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. nbbjee will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Account used by you only: Your account is personal to you and must only be used by you. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. Funds deposited into your account must be your own money and must not originate from any criminal activity or be used on behalf of any third party.
nbbjee reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant or to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that the registration or use of the account violates these Terms or applicable law.
Age Restriction & Eligibility
The nbbjee Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any game or promotion on the Platform. This age restriction is firm and non-negotiable. There are no exceptions.
By registering an account and/or using the Platform, you confirm and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age;
- You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction;
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
- The funds you use for gaming are your own and are not derived from criminal activity of any kind;
- You are not registered on any self-exclusion list operated by nbbjee or any other gaming operator.
Parents and guardians are reminded that freely available parental control software (such as Net Nanny, Cyber Patrol, or similar tools) can be configured to restrict minors' access to gambling websites. nbbjee strongly recommends that such tools be enabled on any device that may be accessible to persons under 18 years of age.
By using the Platform you also confirm that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local regulations applicable to you.
Deposits & Withdrawals
nbbjee supports a range of payment methods tailored to the needs of players in Bangladesh. All transactions on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment channels are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change; the current list is always displayed in the Cashier section of your account.
Minimum deposit: ৳100. No maximum deposit limit is set by nbbjee at the platform level, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within 90 seconds depending on the payment channel. nbbjee does not charge any fees on deposits.
Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Processing time is typically within 1–4 hours after KYC verification is complete. nbbjee does not charge withdrawal fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
All withdrawals are subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). nbbjee reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including where the withdrawal amount exceeds a defined threshold, where there is any change to the payment details on the account, or where a security review is in progress. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.
Funds held in your nbbjee account do not accrue interest. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment details stored in their account are correct and current. nbbjee accepts no liability for delays or losses caused by incorrect payment information provided by the player.
nbbjee operates anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with responsible platform management standards. Any transaction that appears inconsistent with legitimate gaming activity — including rapid deposit and withdrawal cycles without meaningful gaming activity — may be held for review. nbbjee reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction at its reasonable discretion where AML concerns are identified.
Bonus & Promotional Terms
nbbjee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.
- Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus — bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.
- Eligible games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game type and provider and are published in the Platform's bonus terms section. As a general guide: slots typically contribute 100%, live dealer table games contribute at a reduced rate, and certain games may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. Placing bets on excluded games while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
- Bonus stacking: Players may only hold one active welcome bonus at a time. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously without satisfying the conditions of the current active bonus is prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all bonus balances.
- Maximum bet while bonus is active: While a bonus is active on your account, you may not place a single bet or spin exceeding ৳500 (or the equivalent stake limit stated in the specific bonus terms). Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active will not contribute to wagering requirements and may result in the bonus being voided.
- Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings: Some promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated using bonus funds. Where such a cap applies, it will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Bonus abuse: nbbjee monitors bonus usage patterns and reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse — including arbitrage, matched betting using promotional funds, collusion, or exploitation of errors — is detected.
- Promotional changes: nbbjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and in progress.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a player on the nbbjee Platform, you agree to use the Platform lawfully, in good faith, and in a manner consistent with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment instruments; providing false identity information; creating accounts for the purpose of defrauding nbbjee or other players.
- Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer poker, card games, or any other multi-player format.
- Automated play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, spin slots, or interact with any part of the Platform without genuine human input.
- Software exploitation: Deliberately exploiting bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities in Platform software to gain an advantage. Any winnings generated by exploitation of a technical error will be voided and the account investigated.
- Money laundering: Using the Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from criminal activity. nbbjee cooperates fully with appropriate authorities and will report suspicious activity as required.
- Chargebacks: Filing unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider in relation to transactions that were legitimately processed on the Platform. Any account that initiates a chargeback will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and winnings generated during the disputed period will be withheld.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward nbbjee staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
- Third-party access: Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members, agents, or services offering to manage your gambling on your behalf.
nbbjee employs fraud detection, behavioural analytics, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, nbbjee reserves the right to take all necessary steps to protect the integrity of the Platform and the interests of legitimate players.
Account Suspension & Closure
nbbjee may suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable period of a request;
- Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity;
- Account holder determined to be under 18 years of age;
- Account holder found to be self-excluded from the Platform or any linked gaming network;
- Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other criminal activity;
- Instruction from a regulatory body, law enforcement, or payment processor;
- Prolonged inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for more than 12 consecutive months).
Where an account is closed by nbbjee due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Balances associated with fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity will be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, a market exit decision), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Where account closure is requested for responsible gaming reasons, nbbjee will action the request immediately and without question. Voluntary self-exclusion is available from your account settings and takes effect immediately upon activation.
Reactivation: Accounts closed for responsible gaming self-exclusion purposes are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before reactivation can be requested. Reactivation requests are reviewed by our responsible gaming team and are not automatic.
Limitation of Liability
The nbbjee Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take every reasonable step to ensure the Platform operates reliably and without interruption, nbbjee does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and events beyond our reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, and third-party system outages) may result in temporary unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nbbjee's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. nbbjee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm.
nbbjee is not liable for losses arising from:
- Your failure to read and understand the rules of a game before playing;
- Decisions made by you while under the influence of alcohol, medication, or any other substance;
- Losses sustained as a result of problem gambling behaviour where responsible gaming tools were available and not used;
- Technical failures on your device, browser, or internet connection that interrupt a game session;
- Delays in payment processing caused by your payment provider;
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and nbbjee with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
